Online Support for Grief

This online grief circle offers compassionate guidance and resources for navigating grief, death, and dying. Together, we explore the emotional and physical responses to loss, initiate meaningful conversations about death, and learn ways to care for ourselves and others during times of change. Through shared tools, gentle education, and emotional support, we cultivate integration, connection, and healing.

Grief is a universal experience, yet few of us feel prepared for how deeply it reshapes our lives. As your facilitator, I guide each gathering with a thoughtful theme, opening space for meaningful conversation, reflection, and quiet presence. The Grief Circle is a sacred online space to be with your grief, share stories, and honour the continuing bonds that connect us to our loved ones.
