Grief Workshop / Circle

This online space offers compassionate guidance and resources for navigating grief, death, and dying. Supporting you in understanding the common responses and experiences of grief, initiating meaningful conversations about death, and learning how to care for ourselves and others during times of loss. Through shared tools, gentle education, and emotional support, we foster healing and connection in the face of life’s most profound transitions.

Grief is a universal experience, but most of us are unprepared for how deeply it reshapes our lives — and the responsibilities it brings.

This three-hour workshop is a guided experience to help you navigate both the emotional and practical aspects of loss. Together, we’ll explore the process of dying and grieving, and gently walk through the logistical realities that often follow a loved one’s death. This space is thoughtful and supportive — a place where information meets compassion.

Following the workshop, the Grief Circle offers an online space to simply be. To share your story, speak the name of someone you’ve lost, and sit in remembrance with others who understand. A quiet, sacred gathering — a place to honour love, loss, and the threads that still connect us.
