Grief Circle

This online space offers compassionate guidance and resources for navigating grief, death, and dying. Supporting you in understanding the common responses and experiences of grief, initiating meaningful conversations about death, and learning how to care for ourselves and others during times of loss. Through shared tools, gentle education, and emotional support, we foster integration and connection in the face of life’s most profound transitions.

Grief is a universal experience, but most of us are unprepared for how deeply it reshapes our lives and the responsibilities it brings. As your facilitator, I will gently guide each gathering with a thoughtful theme — opening the door to meaningful conversation, shared reflection, and quiet presence. Together, we’ll explore the process of grieving.

The Grief Circle offers an online space to simply be with your grief, just as it is. To share your story, speak the name of someone you’ve lost, and sit in remembrance with others who understand. A quiet, sacred gathering, a place to honour love, loss, and the threads that still connect us. Whether you're actively grieving, anticipating loss, or supporting someone who is, you are welcome here.

If group work doesn’t feel like the right fit for you at this time, individual sessions are available. I would be honoured to support you through your grief in a more private, one-on-one session.
